~hatethiscompany13: was an excellent customer for overe * yrs up until i was robbed on mar. **th and called them to cancel my service because i was moving the next day and didn't know where to. they told me they would credit my account and i told them not to. got a bill for $*** and called them to find out what that was all about and they told me i was supposed to call them back to let them know i did not want to continue my service which was a total lie. asked for a supervisor who after waiting for ** minutes or more told me the same thing but they would give me a break and i would only have to pay for half of that. i said no way, i haven't lived there since the day after i called to cancel service. my bill has now been turned over to collections! charter *****! ridiculously unprofessional-DO NOT USE CHARTER NO MATTER WHAT
