~Shannon: I knew right from the start it wouldn't be good when the people sitting across from us had to get up rom their meal and get their on refills. Salads never came until after our food had been served. Food was served by a different waitress and all of our drinks were empty at the time our food was served. * in our party and we ate our entire meal without anything to drink or anyone returning to our table. Worse experience we have had in a long time. Food was so so, will never go back.

~Shannon: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Shannon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chili's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Shannon: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Chili's customers?
~Shannon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chili's to know who you are.
