~Anonymous: I went to the Chili's in Bethpage New York where not only did I receive terrible service but my girlfriend's burger was not cooked and there was a long hair in my chicken. The waitress did not even ask how she wanted the burger cooked and walked past us several times without a comment. The sever helping her asked how our meal was and we told him to where he was going to see if he could get us dessert. After that nothing was done and we left with an utter disgust about the whole situation.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
