~GAngster: I ordered * rings and a bracelet on the **th of December, I called * days before Christmas because I never received the items, they told me it was never shipped out yet, almost * weeks and still not even shipped yet? SO they said they would "escalate" the items. so a week later I finally recived my packages. Also my friend ordered a day after me she ordered a ring and a cross necklace. She called the same day I did because she received the necklace but no ring, they told her same thing it was never shipped out yet and they escalated the ring. She called ******** because she still didn't receive it the customer service representatives told her it was delivered well it wasn't so she asked for a supervisor and the supervisor tells her that it was sent to a completely different state! he said I will refund your money and you can go back on the website and order it again..like we would be that DUMB to order off them again. and then she asked well are you going to do anything for the waiting

~GAngster: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GAngster: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GAngster: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~GAngster: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
