~ vicki: a women answered I gave her my account and she transferred me back without saying anything? very Rude of her to do this and I waited * min. for her to answer -* min for the *nd lady to answer and she was very helpful and told me what to do to get my title-she said she couldn't see who I talked to the *st time-I thought it should have been in the computer who it was.
