~Sandy's mommy: I called to complain about the commercial that aired Super Bowl Sunday with the multi lingual ad. Your marketing dept had the wrong idea. Here we are spending millions of dollars on kids to get an education in households that don't speak English, and you air an ad like that. I had no problem with the multi cultural,people used in the commercial, I did however have a problem with the singing in different languages. You go out now to various places and sometimes I wonder what country I am in. All people living in this country should speak English. I find it very rude when a group,of people bust out speaking their language, and expect us to figure out what they are trying to say. So, in my opinion you didn't help anybody with that commercial but irritate several people. The people I was with felt the same way I did. The gentleman who answered my call was very polite and assured me that my comments would be forwarded. I certainly hope so. *******

GetHuman: And what about Coca Cola's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sandy's mommy: For that I would say five out of five.
