~Betttttttttty: I called the *-***-***-**** number and spoke with Lisa in Harrisonburg, PA. She was awesome - my favorite person I have ever talked to from Comcast. If everyone at comcast was like her, it would be worth the cost and hassle because she was so easy to work with. I know she was really trying to find me the best deal for what I wanted and not overcharging me. She was so pleasant - I would always ask for Lisa from Harrisonburg on the "Logistics Team" OR it was the "Loyalty Team"... either way, find her :)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Betttttttttty: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Betttttttttty: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Betttttttttty: For that I would say five out of five.

~Betttttttttty: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
