~GPAndrews: I have never written a review before, but the customer service I just received, or lack there of, from Comcast Cable company in Jacksonville Florida was by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. It takes a lot to get me mad, and by the time I hung up on the customer service agent, I think my blood was boiling. They do not have a clue what it means to have a happy customer or did they act like they cared if I was happy. *If you are even thinking of getting service from Comcast, think twice, unless you want to be abused. *If comcast would like to contact me, the last * digits of my acct is ********.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~GPAndrews: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GPAndrews: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GPAndrews: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~GPAndrews: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
