~Kenny Loh: I've been trying to call again and again for customer service. *-*min wait, and the line got disconnected. Tried again, same thing. Tried all options, still on hold forever!!! How do they run a company like this???? This last call now is at **mins and counting........

~Kenny Loh: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Kenny Loh: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kenny Loh: For that I would say five out of five.
