~Anna: I just had horrible experience with XFINITY COMCAST! it seems they are working just rubbing people without providing any SERVICE! their representative -just talked to Ashly! She and her friend hang up before resolving my issue not to mention I transferred * more time to different people to go over my issue!!! and not to mention I was on hold almost for an hour! I am going to return all wrong shipment equipment ( also got charged for their shipment with wrong equipment) .I NEVER recommend anyone to even go close to them! very frustrated and disappointed with XFINITY COMCAST HORRRIBLE service and LIES!!!!**BTW, who is responsible for wasting my time and several useless phone call? shipping wrong equipment? and at the end not reimbursing me with my shipment payment?!!!

~Anna: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anna: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
