~unhappy : I left comcast ** mos ago...somehow my comcast email acc remained open, then suddenly was cut off this past week. After a real **hours back and forth with comcast, the last rep I spoke with advised me "he really wasn't that good with mac either" and I should probably just give up and have someone else call" I was trying to get my comcast email transfered to my new email account. STILL NOT DONE AND COMCAST SAYS I OWE $*** for a non existant account. WHAT A TOTAL ---- up!!!!! that's mess by the way !!!

~unhappy : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy : For that I would say one out of five.

~unhappy : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
