GetHuman-382053: Referred two friends in November and January. I have been told they cancelled. They did not - I have recent emails from their comcast email account to prove. Was told everything looked OK April ** - *-* weeks for both rewards. Never came. Went to Xfinity store - ESCALATED Hooray! Told me it would be resolved by May **. Nope. Spoke to rep two days ago. She went on and on about how I would see when SHE PERSONNALLY returned my call the next day afterr speaking to her supervisor.No return call. I see there is another thread w* six pages of complaints. I wortked for these people, recruited customers. I sat down with plans printed out and comparedto other providers with a friend at work and even had a neighbor in my home to show him the speed I was getting. I would really like what comcast PROMISED.

GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-382053: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-382053: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
