~Tom Bondy: I was improperly charged for two years and when I finally noticed and complained they wanted to give me a hard time. I had to verify box vin's about five different times because they kept charging me the wrong amount! Then they started to add unauthorized charges for premium channels! I'm thoroughly disgusted with Comcast!!! I will use every source of media to express my dissatisfaction with Comcast!! I am now getting quotes for ATT U-verse and Direct TV

~Tom Bondy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tom Bondy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tom Bondy: For that I would say two out of five.
