~Momosta: Terrible..... The employer give out false information then when I pay what the employee said to pay an when he say to pay it I still get my services interrupted then they say well they shouldn't told you that and still won't turn on my services they looking for more money when I was told different by an employee I've called * times talked to * and was hung up on the rest of the time this isn't *rd dispute about this same situation * different time they take my payment and shut off my service leaving me out of money and cable I'm on a fixed income once a month know I have no service or cable I'm really really upset

~Momosta: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Momosta: For that I would say two out of five.
