GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~shortlady16: Transferred no less than * times. Won't transfer call to supervisor. For a communications company they don't know how to communicate. It is ridiculous that after going through all the phone prompts, you still have to validate who you are every time you get transferred. Problem still not resolved with a bill, where one online screen says I have a CREDIT DUE to me and the automated system says money is due. Nobody at COMCAST wants to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~shortlady16: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~shortlady16: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~shortlady16: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~shortlady16: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~shortlady16 taken from his Comcast customer service problem that occurred on November 23rd, 2017.
