GetHuman-312435: The above information is not totally accurate. Automated recording ....and it said press one for whenever I pressed one which didn't work and ask me again press one and I did and it did not work. After a few minutes of this .... I hung up and called again. It rang for * mins and ** seconds. Hung up again and called again. I was pissed and ready to let someone gave it. Then someone answered and her name was Deidre. I told her my problem and she immediately knew what to do I have called about this problem and many many times she fixed the problem and I was so thankful. She made my night and my weekend. I told her I would write and tell this story she is*Huntsville Alabama office her name is Deidre last initial oh she was awesome with me and I think she deserves a raise if you record the conversation like you say you do please listen to that conversation because she was great.. I was ready to switch companies but after talking to her tonight I decided to give XFINITY Comcast one more c
