~betty1221: The home i was moving into did not have internet service ever, took me two months to get them to install it, lack of communication with their departments, paid *** bucks to set poles which i wasn't even suppose to do. Now i have had the service for three months i get a phone call saying i am almost at my data package. data package wth is that i ask? apparently i am set up on a package where i am only allowed certain amount of data...ugh! this company is not for the customer it is for the money! I am **** with them since there is no other company in my area that can service my needs. not fair at all!

~betty1221: For that I would say one out of five.
