GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-theasahn: I am ** years old and live in a newly renovated brownstone in NYC without gas resulting in my not having heat, hot water and gas to cook with. My plumber has resolved all the issues necessary to receive gas from Con Ed but to date, Con Ed has not put in the meters. I am presently living without heat which has caused me great discomfort and distress. Thea Cohen
