GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Constellation Energy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tasha: Customer beware. These people sign you up for a "contract" without you realizing it and then charge you a cancellation fee. We apparently were their customer for ** years through our local gas company and last month we realized they were charging us well over the rate others were paying so we ask the gas company to take us off that program and bill at the gas company standard offer rate. Next thing we know we get a bill for "early cancellation" which Constellation will only waive if you go back to Constellation as your supplier. Cold day before we do any further business with them.

~tasha: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~tasha: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Constellation Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tasha: For that I would say one out of five.
