~DO NOT UNDERSTAND: I want to speak to the local Costco store to find out if I they have time to complete an oil change today for my car. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call the store - it is IMPOSSIBLE to find the phone number and it is TOO LONG to wait * or more minutes for someone to answer *-***-***-****. For a huge enterprise, the telephone customer service is VERY VERY POOR!
