~AFF: The option to talk to a live agent is ***I did get to talk to a live person but I was trying to get to the online Photo department and their phone number apparently is not working. The operator suggested that I send them an email (which I had already done - * times)so she just said there was nothing she could do from her end. When I asked her if she could convey a message to the Photo Dept. she just informed me she was disconnecting the call and hung up on me. Very disappointing!

~AFF: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AFF: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Costco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AFF: For that I would say five out of five.

~AFF: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Costco to know who you are.
