GetHuman-prosdds: Switched to a different (organic) version of the same brand food which is horrible
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-prosdds: After ** years, Costco switched their Fresh Food Concepts brand of Traditional Hummus to the "Organic" version from the same company. It is sour, runny and you absolutely cannot remove the plastic seal without a sharp knife. Impossible to pull it off. I am sure it costs more too as it now includes the magic rip-off word "Organic"

GetHuman-prosdds: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-prosdds: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Costco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-prosdds: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Costco customers?
GetHuman-prosdds: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Costco to know who you are.
