~not funny: My malfunctioning phone finally broke getting this phone set up took * hours...anyway now trying to get a new ** dollar phone and not pay for ins. ** dollar minimum for the same crappy phone not interested! Tried to pay my bill they said I need a number to verify my account they sent to my phone which is shattered. I ask them to email they tell me to go online and log in, I can't because I need the code. Only had the phone a few months. **Point being they could have taken my debit card info, processed the transaction and added the new phone to mail to me. Instead I was not helped. Bring customer care back to English speaking Americans please.
