~Jess M: * hours in total I waited on the phone and my problem was still nit solved. They lied to me and messed my address up for my shipment. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for shipping and I order off line all the time. Will be telling the company I ordered from (sheplers) that they should really find a new courier.
