~FrustratedCustomer: Dad needed helped with pars number, tried calling to get a better perspective as my dad has poor English. The only response I got was office hours from *-* and they are closed. Now I even went and called the ** hour DHL Sarnia line, I press * as an option to talk to a representative which was a pure garbage as after the phone stops ringing it goes directly back to the menu. This is some crappy service and needs to be fixed asap.
