GetHuman-51307: My issue is that I don't believe DHL should be serving customers who work from *:** - *:** since their service is not not available to us who work those hours. I especially object to the online companies who do business with DHL without stating that they ship with DHL. If they declared the mode of shipment it would allow me not to waste money on a service which I will not receive but make a different choice. To stay at home and wait for a package means that item bought online cost me way more to have then than buying it in a retail store. This is the second time that DHL is the service provider and I have to go and pick up my parcel or wait at home. Very expensive venture. This will not happen again.
