~MoMac: Once I got through the lengthy automated menu, I had to wait for over ** minutes to speak with someone who was pleasant but absolutely no help. I have been trying for almost * months to clear up a matter with this company and still I continue to get automated phone calls - every day - telling me that I have an outstanding account with them. I paid the amount owing, via Visa, on the day of the delivery and I have provided DHL with a copy of my Visa statement evidencing my payment on said date. For some reason, DHL can't seem to get it through their heads that I've made this payment. This company is very poorly run.

~MoMac: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
