~Darryl Davies: This is a horrible company. They deliver to wrong addresses, give inaccurate information to customers and do not deliver in a timely and efficient manner. Every time a parcel is shpped to me by DHL I am the one who is inconvenienced. They advised me that someone one call me in an hour to address my complaint and two hours later I am still waiting. When I call again they keep on the line for five minutes and then when they do come on the phone they advise me that someone will get back to me in an hour. This is the worst courier service in the country that I have ever dealt with and I would never recommend it to anyone who wants to get their parcels shipped on time.

~Darryl Davies: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Darryl Davies: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DHL (Canada)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Darryl Davies: For that I would say one out of five.
