~dontbuydaewoo: Ridiculous customer service. Am sitting in for the *nd day on an irritating "whole day" appointment because the customer repair line can't narrow down a time. Would have the washer*dryer fixed already but the repair guy didn't even bother to open the envelope with the new part for the machine unil he was here and had pulled the machine out. The washer*dryer is not even * months old & I have had to chase several times for this appointment. Apparently the repair man will call half hour before he is due to arrive, well he didn't do that last time so I'm not expecting it this time either. Am told that because it's now **.**pm it will be an afternoon appointment, well no way sherlock! Really! Wish we'd never purchased a Daewoo washer dryer.
