~Jlmrswitch: I used the instructions above on how to reach an actual human being on August * ****. I was told I would be contacted. I had heard nothing from the company by August **. Called again using the same "get a human" instructions. I was transferred to the person I had originally spoken to on Aug. *th. He found my "case number" and gave me instructions to take the damaged mini-fridge to the store with my case number. He said to speak to the store manager, not the customer service manager, and give them my receipt and the case number. He said the store should give me a new unit of the same model or store credit for the amount of purchase to exchange for another model. I will try this and see if it works.
