~Jen: Its actually * days I've been waiting for an email response. I can't afford to sit on hold. Basically I emailed to amend an order. They made a mistake when amending it and now it is being delivered to the wrong place. The generic email I got when I pointed this out implied it was my flaut and there was nothing they could do. Very impersonal. Also - although money taken from my account some stuff not in stock on the order - a week later. What have they been doing with my money for that week. I hear from others that it can take weeks to be refunded. Compared to other stores which have up to date stock info and take responsibility for their mistakes, Debenhams are very disappointing.

~Jen: For that I would say one out of five.
