~emma: Sales advisor was not helpful, she didnt know what she was doing so sent me up and down between different floors. Called over a couple different members of staff. I didnt have the time for all the faffing. I only wished to return something I got half on giftcard and half with cash. And when buying the item I was not tokd that all the money had to go back on giftcard. Very poor servive to make people HAVE TO spend in your store
