GetHuman-224099: They admitted that their website had erroneously sent delivery to non-address - * emails & * phone calls later - total of * hours lost time they cancelled my order - even though I still wanted it. The guy I spoke to said it was customers like me who kept him in a job. Unbelievable. John Lewis all the way for me now - I have been a gold card customer for ** years too!!!
