~tdally: Dell support is the absolute worst in the world. I needed to return a simple adapter I bought online and was sent around to over five different call centers. All the speakers have terrible English. They mean the best but have no idea what they are doing. I hope someone from Dell reads this and actually fixes this awful service. I will never in my life by another Dell product. Way to go outsourcing. It's really doing wonders for your bottom line.
