~bigblue: Hi, I have purchased * of the ** volt max driver's ,* is about ** months old and the other is less than *, both bought at Lowe's with extended warranty, both have the same issue with a gear or something along the nature, I have taken both to Lowe's because I was told that no matter what happens, I could bring it in and they would exchange them no questions asked, that was the whole reason for the extended warranty, but as it turns out im told that they can't do anything until the manufacturer's warranty runs out, really disappointed with the service from both parties, i have spent well over $*** on the drivers, extra batteries, * chargers and bogus insurance, and trying to contact porter cable is like trying to contact the irs, extremely disappointed, S.L., Vero Beach Florida
