~tincup: Bought a Rossi *** rifle that broke on the first shot. They sent it back to Rossi for me telling me it would be back in one week. It's now three weeks later. I tried to get to to check on the status but they had no clue. I was able to call rossi myself and get help out of the goodness of a lady at Rossi. Your best bet is to order all outdoor sports stuff from Bass Pro. Skip ****'s all together. They employ people that have no clue about the products they sell or how to even get help when needed.
