~Mathilda: I am not sure there are any humans working for Direct Line. All I wanted to do was cancel a policy and it has taken days to get through. There are no other communication options with direct line, so you have no choice but to hang on the end of a telephone. Beware! Once you take out insurance with Direct Line, you may be doomed to go with them forever.

~Mathilda: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
