~hatedyson: After THREE trips attempting to repair my beloved purple Animal, all idiots here in San Antonio,TX just could not fix it and corporate dyson idiots were no better! My husband then spent almost $*** on the animal complete-DC** or some such pink plastic piece of s---! I have hated it since day one-* yrs ago-can't afford anything else!You would think for that money it would have a retractable cord and some sort of brake so the machine doesn't follow you around while you try to use the wand. I really hate it and Dyson-I hope he rots along with all the plastic balls junk he created! Go ahead-pass THAT along!

~hatedyson: For that I would say two out of five.
