GetHuman-toshia: Our Dyson Vacuum has broken AGAIN. In a little more than a year they have had to replace three broken head clips, the main motor and now the head of the vacuum.

GetHuman-toshia: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
