~clinton77: Ordered the wrong vacuum (the older handheld model) by accident, called to cancel literally * minutes after order was placed online, they said they would stop the order, still got billed, called THREE times, each time they said they would work it out, on the forth time the rep said refunds take a billing cycle, said i should have been told that. ARRGGGGGGGHHHH They sounded like native english speakers so kudos to dyson for that.

~clinton77: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~clinton77: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dyson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~clinton77: For that I would say five out of five.
