~Disappointed in Nebraska: Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Ordered a replacement head and then read it may be covered by warranty. Tried to cancel the order and get it covered under warranty and it was impossible. They couldn't cancel it because it had already shipped and couldn't credit my account back then tried to find a way out of covering it under warranty by claiming neglect. The part shipped a week later than what I was told and I still paid for it. For the money I spent on this machine I expected much better customer service and support. Designed by "engineers and scientists" my ***. More like scam artists. Done with Dyson after this experience.
