~liz: First rep was a little snotty. I was trying to transfer E-ZPass account from my husband (deceased) to myself and was told that was not possible, that I needed to close my old account by mailing in the tags and then open a new account. When I called back the second rep confirmed a transfer was not possible but found a way to open the new account before I officially close the old account* he canceled the tags out of the system. This was very helpful. Don't know whether the first rep wasn't aware of this process or couldn't be bothered.

~liz: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~liz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about E-ZPass New York's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~liz: For that I would say three out of five.
