GetHuman-262232: I called to find out why I had been waiting * weeks for a replacement cartridge and was told Epson had none in stock and was waiting for some. I was told one would be shipped as soon as Epson received some but no, you do not send out e-mails to let the customer know their shipment is on the way. I was given a third reference number to use when I call back again if I still haven't received the cartridge in another week. INCREDIBLE!! How can Epson not have ink cartridges? I'll have to go to Staples and get one while I'm waiting maybe another * weeks. I've already been without my printer for * weeks. This is truly amazing and unbelievable!!!
