GetHuman-402733: Cannot reach a person who can give me any answers. I am inquiring about the product Soft Clean Cleanser in the jar which you discontinued. I have been using this product for ** years for I have sensitive skin and eye areas. This is the only product I can cleanse my face and eyes without using * to * different products. When do you plan to bring this back on the market? I was told you had so many complaints when this was discontinued you are bringing this back on the market. PLEASE DO. Why when you have such a good product you stop production. The stores tell me they could not keep it for it sold out so fast. Please let the sales counters know when this may take place. It is hard to reach your company to be able to speak to someone.
