~Ron: I am on hold as i write this after ** minutes and * transfers each one with a fresh wait. all i wantto do is make anew booking and apply an existing credit.it seems each of the promised helpers can not do this and are so eager to transfer me to someone they say can....but after a long wait no they can not but they want to transfer me someone they promise will help. *I am now waiting for customer service ...I think and waiting and waiting. I will never use expedia EVER again.
