~WG: They are ready to waste your time, but not ready to understand. I'm a Canadian, booked a hotel in the US for two nights for my family (* adults ** child). The hotel has a special offer of US$** for up * family members that totals at $**x* * ** tax and fees * US$***. However, after I paid the charges using my $US Visa card, I received an online receipt that read CAD$***! They added extra $***night and charge me in CAD$. Their stupid argument was the $** is for the extra person, and the $CAD charge is because I'm in Canada!. They have to apply a hefty exchange rate, of course, to charge my visa in $US!!! As for the $** extra, the hotel was fully confused, as their charges is flat and they don't apply extra charges like that.

~WG: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~WG: For that I would say five out of five.
