~mwf54321: I dialed the *** number and kept entering '*'s when they asked for my phone number, until I was transferred to blanche in customer service. *I explained to blanche that due to problems with a room I booked thru expedia. ie: no tv reception, no desk chair and no showerhead, the hotel promised a credit of $**.**, which had not shown up on my credit card statement. *blanche contacted the hotel while I was on the phone to confirm the credit and immediately issued credit to me and she also confirmed it via my email addy on file with them. I was VERY satisfied with blanche's prompt handling of this matter.
