GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fabric.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Elle: I didn't complain about being shorted yardage, but several orders have been screwed up. No response to emails, chat is at least a * hour wait and a call resulted in over an hour wait and *-** days for a refund. A month later, I had to dispute it with paypal. Now, they are "out of stock" of an item they have plenty of, and the company is not caring about helping. Too many issues to go into: run away from this store. Poor service, no product and over a month to wait for refunds.

~Elle: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Elle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fabric.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elle: For that I would say one out of five.
