~can't get on: I am trying to get back on facebook, can't get any help, any help, any help. Only machines can hear me. People are missing, I guess that's the new way of the world.

~can't get on: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~can't get on: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~can't get on: For that I would say three out of five.
