~GreenNomad Andrea: I received THE SAME referral back to the HELP PAGE. FB does not care about people. It is a business. This is not a useable email. Bogus email. "Unsupported"*THIS IS MY PROBLEM: I NEVER REQUESTED THIS. I AM A PERSON.*Convert Your Profile to a Page****It looks like you're using a profile to represent an organization, business, brand or public figure.**Personal profiles are for individual people only and should include a real first and last name (ex: John Doe). Facebook Pages are similar to profiles, but offer more tools for an organization, business, brand or public figure to connect with people who might be interested in them. Learn more about Facebook Pages.**In order to follow the Facebook Terms and better reach your audience, we'll need you to convert your profile to a Page. ~GreenNomad Andrea: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GreenNomad Andrea: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GreenNomad Andrea: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~GreenNomad Andrea: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
